Welcome to the Forest Map App (“we,” “us,” or “the App”), developed by Bioverse Labs. Our commitment is to protect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws in Brazil (LGPD) and the United States (CalOPPA, CCPA, COPPA).

2. Information We Collect

Personal/Account Info: Name, email, phone (only if you choose to provide them for registration or support).
Device & Usage Data: Device identifiers, IP address, crash/log data, analytics.
Location Data: Collected only with your consent to enable mapping functionality and offline use.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

 

3. Legal Bases for Processing

• Brazil (LGPD): Processing is based on your freely given consent (Articles 7–8). You may revoke consent at any time.

• USA:

• Personal data is retained while your account is active or needed for services.
